  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.


3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after the order is placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Cut-off time for same-day processing: 3:00 PM (PST).

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • Beziado is not responsible for packages lost after delivery if the shipping address was entered incorrectly.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and may provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
